Aimed to ease the aches and pains associated with pregnancy such as lower back pain, shoulder tensions, leg and ankle swelling and lower leg cramps. This is followed by a 60 minute pregnancy reflexology treatment to full relax the mind and body whilst restoring and rebalancing natural functions and preparing the body for babys arrival.
