Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments booked online, over the telephone or in person.  If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  We are a small business and last minute cancellations and missed appointments can have a huge impact.

 

If you are feeling unwell or wish to rearrange your appointment, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.  Please leave a detailed telephone message or text and we will return your call as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to rearrange your appointment or chose to receive a refund*.

*Missed appointments or last minute cancellations (appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice) will not be entitled to a refund and the full cost of the appointment will be due.

If less than 24 hours notice is given you agree to pay the full cost of the appointment and will not be entitled to a refund.
