Where is your treatment room?
Our treatment room is a purpose built studio in a beautiful rural setting on Boreham Road, Great Leighs, CM3 1PP. We have a business sign outside and free off road parking available. Try to reverse into the driveway, as leaving can be a little tricky. If this is not possible, please do not worry. We can help you reverse out at the end of your appointment.
I went through the booking process. How do I know if it worked?
Once you have chosen your treatment and convenient appointment time, you will enter your name, telephone number and email address followed by your payment details. You will then be taken to a confirmation of booking page - complete with an order number. You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive an email, your booking has not been received by us. Please contact us or try to book online again ensuring you complete each step. Payment must always be made in advance for all online bookings and are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
Simply click on the 'Buy Gift Voucher' button on the top left of each web page. You will be directed to our online shop where you can choose a voucher to suit your needs. All vouchers are now sent digitally, however if you would also like a hard copy sent in the post please message us after checkout. We are happy to do this free of charge.
I have not received my digital voucher.
Don't worry. Please check your junk folder as they often hide there.
I am pregnant. Can I still have a massage?
Yes absolutely. Our pregnancy massages are carried out in a side lying position with a pillow to support your growing bump and make you comfortable. All of our treatments can be adapted to suit pregnancy.
Do you offer appointments to men?
Yes we do. Men are welcome to book:
- a Signature back, neck and shoulder (with/ without scalp) massage,
- Invigorating leg and foot massage
What should I wear for the appointment?
Please feel free to wear something comfortable for your appointment. We will assist you to maintain your dignity and privacy at all times. During:
- a reflexology treatment you will remain fully dressed during the appointment
- a massage (including pregnancy and lymphatic) you will undress in private and be covered by a sheet and blanket at all times. You will give permission for the therapist to re-enter the room. Only the area being treated will be uncovered.
- a facial massage you will be asked to remove your top but keep your bra (where applicable) on, and lay underneath the covers. You will give permission for the therapist to re-enter the room. Any shoulder straps will be moved to the side, to allow full access to the top of the shoulders and neck area.
I have a voucher. How can I make a booking?
Simple. Just complete the checkout process and if your voucher starts with the code 'CC or GV' enter this in the 'Promo Code box'. For all other codes enter this in the gift voucher box. This will be deducted from your booking.
Do I have to make small talk with the therapist during the treatment?
Absolutely not! The purpose of the treatment is to enable you to relax. The therapist will have a short chat with you on arrival to put you at ease and answer any questions you may have. Once the treatment starts you will be able to fully switch off and relax (and fall asleep should you choose too).
